The goal at Creating Career Options (CCO) is to empower you with the insight, knowledge, tools and techniques that will allow you to take control of your career direction for the rest of your life.

CCO is built on the belief that choosing a career is one of the most important decisions an individual will make in a lifetime, yet few people really know what they want or the factors that go into finding a career that is a “good fit”.  Career development is a process, there’s nothing mystical about it, but it can be overwhelming if you don’t know where to begin.

Career planning is an active process accomplished through the collaborative efforts of you and me, your career counselor/coach. Once you learn the process the possibilities are endless.
